About Us

Concept 2 Reality is a project management company specialising in the design and production of live events, from conferences, to exhibition stands as well as experiential consumer events.



We use our extensive supplier contacts to offer the most effective solution, by bringing in the right people for each project, rather than being restricted by internal resource. We have access to some of the best creative minds in the industry who know how to make a mark.



As we hire in resources on a project-by-project basis, our clients only pay for what they need, without having to fund usual agency overheads. Where possible we use local suppliers to minimize transport and logistics costs.

We work directly with clients who don’t want to, or don’t have budget to use larger agencies for their stand design and build.



We can also add a skill set to agencies that may not have the know-how, or know-who, to run large live projects. We are happy to work as part of the internal agency team and will never approach agency clients direct.
